City Rules
Please read and obey the server regulations to maintain a high-quality roleplay environment.
You cannot kill another player without a valid RP reason.
You cannot use a vehicle to kill, injure, or intentionally hit another player.
Value your character's life as you would in real life.
Do not make your character perform impossible or unrealistic actions.
Example: Jumping from a high building without injuries or escaping police by unrealistic means.
Do not use information obtained outside the game, such as Discord, livestreams, or other external sources.
Do not perform actions that are unrealistic, illogical, or break roleplay.
Your actions must fit your character's background and abilities.
Example: A child cannot drive, and an adult should not behave like a child.
Do not force another player into actions, money transfers, or situations without giving them a fair roleplay opportunity.
Do not take items from dead players unless you are legitimately involved in the RP scenario.
"Clear shot" is not a valid RP reason to shoot someone.
You may not use your friends or gang members as fake hostages.
If you lose a fight or are killed, you must wait 24 hours before seeking revenge against the same player.
Do not involve yourself in a roleplay scene that you are not part of unless the situation naturally involves you or it is part of a server event or mission.
Do not use server rules as a way to gain an advantage during an active RP scene.
If you die from gunfire, fire, or respawn at the hospital, you must forget everything related to the scene where you died. If you die in an accident or by other means, EMS may explain what happened after 10 minutes, but you may not return to the previous scene.
Robberies are not permitted during restricted robbery hours.
Even if the server has few players online, act as though the city is populated. Do not behave as if nobody else exists.
Do not harass, insult, spam, or use toxic language toward other players.
Do not disconnect (ALT+F4) while involved in an active RP scene.
Do not store or hide items during an active chase or scene to avoid losing them.
Do not intentionally provoke or trick police officers into unnecessary chases, shootouts, or responses.
Do not invent facts, abilities, or items that do not exist to gain an unfair advantage.
Illegal activities and discussions related to crimes are strictly prohibited inside Green Zones.
Illegal activities are permitted within designated Red Zones. These areas include locations related to drugs, weapons, and other criminal activities. Players may engage in combat without requiring a prior RP reason.
Illegal discussions are allowed, but criminal actions such as robbery, kidnapping, fighting, or wearing illegal masks are prohibited.
Remain in character at all times. Do not speak out of character or break immersion by discussing administrative matters or testing equipment during RP.
Do not exploit server scripts or mechanics in unrealistic or unfair ways.
Example: Carrying trapped players, accessing inventories through walls, or abusing vehicle storage.
Killing another player without a valid RP reason is prohibited.
No illegal activities may take place during Green Time.
Players may not join or listen to an official gang's radio frequency unless they are members of that gang. Police officers may not join gang frequencies without valid RP information. Knowing a player's name through the radio does not count as RP knowledge.
Members of official gangs may not provide information to the police or use civilians to pass gang information. Likewise, police officers may not leak confidential police information to civilians.
